Real time app to build Youtube playlists collectively

Users can nominate videos from Youtube so other people in the app can vote them and then the administrator of the app can add that videos to a Youtube playlist.
Users can view the videos directly in the app, and talk with other users in the chat build in the app so they can share thoughts about the trending videos in the nominate list.
